COME JOIN J.W. PERFORMANCE AT THEIR OCTOBER EVENTS!
J.W. Performance Transmission will be sponsoring the popular Hot Rockin Nights car show hosted by the City of Rockledge on Saturday, October 27th. During this event J.W. Performance one lucky entrant to the car will have a chance to win a free $100 gift certificate. Plus, the opportunity to meet J.W. Performance founder John Winters Sr. and check out his cool Camaro that will be on display at this event. The event is a great family event with lots of fun activities.
That same weekend J.W. Performance will be present with their racer support trailer at the Outlaw Drag Racing Championship held October 26th to 28th at Bradenton Motorsports Park held in Bradenton, Florida. Children eleven and under are free at this event. You can drop off transmission and converter repairs here to save freight or have a transmission freshened up on site. J.W. PERFORMANCEPREPARES FOR RELEASE OF NEW PRODUCTS AND BUSY RACE SCHEDULE!
J.W. Performance is preparing for a busy event schedule starting in July that includes car shows, bracket racing, NHRA events, and heads up racing. Don Fiorelli has joined J.W. Performance by covering car shows and select races in the Central Florida area. While, sales staff members and second generation John Winters Jr. and Tracy Winters will be on hand at heads up races, NHRA events and bracket races to support racers and meet with warehouse distributors. Tracy Winters will be on hand at several Central Florida events creating awareness for the Drag Racing Association of Women. Winters, has served on the D.R.A.W. Board of Trustees since 1991.
J.W. Performance is putting the finishing touches on the TH400 transmission case and improving the design of several of J.W. Performance Transmission current products. Details will be available soon on the release date of the TH400 transmission case. The company recently added CNC, drafting and engineering staff to increase production, complete some job shop work for current customers. J.W. Performance is now available to pursue new job shop work in their CNC department for current and new customers. J.W. PERFORMANCE TRANSMISSION LAUNCHES BRING IT TO THE TRACK PROGRAM IN CENTRAL FLORIDA!
J.W. Performance Transmission is launching their "Bring It to The Track" program in Central Florida during the month of May, June and July. It is simple just send a picture of your street car and E.T. Slip to J.W. Performance Transmission and you will receive a free J.W. Performance log book and J.W. Performance decal packet. The program starts May 19th and ends July 30th. Don Fiorelli is covering the Florida car show market for J.W. Performance. J.W. Performance will have literature available on the "Bring It to The Track" program and gift certificates at select upcoming car shows during the month of May and June. Tracy Winters and of J.W. Performance will be on hand to kick of the program at Mike Kelly's Beach Blast Car Show in Cocoa Beach, Florida , Orlando Speed World and Central Florida Motorsports. Eric Secaur and John Winters Jr. will be presenting this program at Heads up Racing Events during October and November 2012.

J.W. PERFORMANCE EXPANDS OPERATION
J.W. Performance Transmission has expanded their operation with the purchase of new equipment and additional product lines. During the month of February J.W. Performance delivered a new Hass ST30 CNC lathe and an EC500 500mm Horizontal Machining center. J.W. Performance will improve their machining procedure for the Powerglide transmission case, machine the new TH400 case and expand into new product lines with the new equipment. J.W. CAR CLUB PROGRAM AND FREE TOURS COURTESY OF J.W. PERFORMANCE IN 2012!
J.W. Performance Transmission is offering is 2012 a special package to car clubs. It's simple just e-mail J.W. Performance your car show information and they will send you a $50 gift certificate towards a purchase, 100 product fliers and a free door prize. Plus, for those car clubs in the State of Florida you can tour J.W. Performance Transmission facility to see how the products are made, pick up some technical information on transmissions and torque converters. The tours will take place February 3rd; from 9:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m..; March 2nd from 9:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. and April 13th from 9:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m.. Take the torque converter challenge in 2012. It's a simple and fun challenge. Just e-mail J.W. Performance transmission information regarding your J.W. Performance torque converter and how long it has been in use to jwperf@racewithjw.com. You can also post this information on our facebook page which you link to from the J.W. web site. The torque converter must be an original J.W. Performance torque converter and must be in use at the present time. The J.W. Performance torque converter with the longest usage will receive a free J.W. Performance torque converter valued at $800. See Brochure You must have J.W. Performance Transmission part number from the torque converter and show that it is currently is use. At the present time Terry Gregoris won the 2011 Citrus Nationals with a 24 year old J.W. Performance torque converter. The torque converter was serviced the early part of 2011 by J.W. Performance. Will Terry Gregoris be the winner of a new J.W. Performance 8" torque converter, or is there a converter in use that is older than 24 years? The winner will be announced at the 2012 Performance Racing Industry Trade Show. Long time J.W. Performance customer and fellow South Florida native Terry Gregoris continues to use this J.W. Performance Transmission torque converter after 24 years of service. Earlier this year Terry sent in his torque converter for service. This torque converter has been serviced a few times over the years, but is still original 24 years old torque converter.
Terry competed at the Citrus Nationals over the Thanksgiving weekend and won in the NO BOX Super Eliminator class with his 24 year old torque converter. J.W. Performance Transmission would like to extend a special congratulation to Terry and to the J.W. Performance converter staff for building Terry a product that can hold up for 24 plus years. J.W. Performance Transmission is currently in the final steps of machining the last Turbo-Hydro 400 aftermarket transmission case. Upon completion the product will go into assembly in the transmission department and out for 4.1 SFI certification testing. The foundry has been refining the process of the pouring of this casting over the past month. They will begin to pour the sample castings in next week. The delivery of the samples has been delayed to provide a
casting without flaws such porosity and high attention to detail.
As soon as updates are available we will gladly forward the information to you. A complete press packet will be available as soon as we receive the samples and begin to run the samples in production.

J.W. Performance Continues to Release New Products!
J.W. Performance Transmission recently introduced into the market place 1.80 complete gear sets offered at an attractive price. The company offers three levels of complete full length and short gear sets, two that are American made and able to withstand horsepower ranges of 1,800 to 2,500 and one that is on offshore version made to withstand 1,400 horsepower. The high level American Made versions prices range from $1391 to $1484. The 1.80 complete gear sets retail at $999.99. Check out the 1.80 gear sets under the August product feature on J.W. J.W. Performance has also introduced into the marketplace recently bellhousings for LS engines to Powerglide, Turbo-Hydro 350, Turbo-Hydro 400 and 700R-4 transmissions; Powerglide and TH350 circle track torque converters, Turbo-Hydro 400 second gear leave valve bodies and TF727 servo pistons. The Turbo-Hydro 400 transmission case has been re-tooled and the company is awaiting the new casting sample to run in production. I would like to thank all the people at J.W. Performance for their exceptional all around service. The parts, assistance and support provided are at a level rarely seen today; J.W. I delt with you on my new JW powerglide. I had 1 race on it and thats when we found the converter was too tight. Since you guys loosened it up its been insanely consistent!!! In 3 races the car has been unreal. I went to woodburn dragstrip in oregon for the weekend right after i got my converter. I went out with 8 left. The car ran four 9.99s in a row. Then the next weekend I headed to pacific raceways in seattle washington. It was a double header. saturday I won. The car ran right on the money almost every time. Then sunday I ran five 9.93s in a row. I lost in the third round where I messed up my dial like an idiot. But that weekend 8 out of 13 total runs were 9.93!!!!!!! WOW!!! I am now leading the points at pacific raceways! I just want to say thanks and your transmission kicks some serious ass!!!!
