LOCAL CAR SHOW BRINGS OUT
J.W. PERFORMANCE TRANSMISSION FOUNDER!
Rockledge, Florida – Street and Strip Enthusiasts and Drag racers will have a rare opportunity to meet the founder of J.W. Performance Transmissions, John Winters Sr.. at the City of Rockledge & The Rockin Rodders, “Cruise On In” car show. Information on J.W. Performance Transmissions “Bring It To The Track” program will be available. The program educates racers on the dangers of street racing and is designed to help stop street racing. Plus. A variety of cars with be on display along food and family events.
The Cruise On In event will take place on Saturday, April 5th at McLarty Park in Rockledge, Florida from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.. For details contact Tracy Winters of J.W. J.W. Performance Transmissions is making an effort to educate street racers on the dangers of street racing. During the 2008 racing season when you take your street car to the drag strip J.W. Performance Transmissions will reward you with a free log book and decal kit as part of their special kick off for the program. This offer is valid for the first 75 entries. All others will receive free J.W. Performance Transmission decals. To enter just send a picture of your car and an E.T. slip from your local drag strip. The photo must match the car number on the E.T. slip.

Rockledge, Florida – A leader in the manufacturing of drive train automotive parts and a sponsor of the National Hot Rod Association, NMRA, NMCA and Fun Ford Event takes a stand against street racing with their “Bring It To The Track” education program. The program educates street racers about the dangers of street racers and offers a free logbook and decal kit when they bring their vehicle to the local drag strip. In the Central Florida area the program will be promoted at the City of Rockledge and the Rockin Rodders Cruise on In events on February 2nd, April 5th, June 7th and August 2nd, and the Dixie Cruisers car club shows are held every 3rd Saturday of the month at Beef O’Brady’s in Merritt Island, Florida.
