This past Sunday we had the pleasure of visiting and co-sponsoring the Hill n Hole mud race at Bithlo Mud Racing Park (http://www.bithlomudracing.com/) in Orlando, FL, put on by the fine folks at Trucks Gone Wild (http://www.trucksgonewild.com/).  Everyone should try to make it out to one of these races at one point or another.  This has got to be one of the most entertaining forms of motor sport there is.

For those of you not familiar with Hill n Hole mud racing, here’s a quick run-down of what to expect: it is a timed event over the length of about 300 yards. There is a large pit dug out with a series of hills that trucks must crawl, drive or fly over.  Some trucks catch air of 15+ feet, while some trucks get stuck.  There are a wide variety of trucks that compete, and a few classes to make it more of a level playing ground.  Some trucks are designed primarily for speed, and some trucks primarily for digging down deep in the mud.  Most trucks are custom built from the frame up, and usually use axles from old surplus military trucks or construction equipment.  Some trucks are less modified and are based around an OEM design.  Either way you are guaranteed to see some exciting stuff.

On a side note the powerglide Ultra-Case (#92310) is back and better then ever!  We have improved the overall look of the case, and made a few changes to the case to make it even better.  Contact J.W. Performance to get your hands on one of these.
